For executives and professionals

Multidisciplinary skills are a key factor in professional success. The questionnaire measures 14 personality characteristics relating to 4 broad areas of behavior at work. Apart from the self-evaluation questionnaire, an external rating questionnaire is applied. This allows a comparison between the self-evaluation and third-party evaluation. Validity research has shown that there are substantial correlations between BIP® scales with features determining professional success and those determining professional satisfaction.

Occupational behavior (conscientiousness, flexibility, action orientation)
Occupational orientation (achievement motivation, power motivation, leadership motivation)
Social competencies (social sensitivity, openness to contact, sociability, team orientation, assertiveness)
Psychological constitution (emotional stability, working under pressure, self-confidence)
Implementation
The participants receive an email with an individual access link and can perform the task on any desktop or laptop computer with internet connection. The BIP® questionnaire allows implementation in the context of a self-image or a third-party image.
BIP® target groups/standards®
BIP® is specially designed for use in human resources management (personnel selection and personnel placement, training and coaching interventions, feedback processes, and career advice). The overall norming sample includes data from over 9000 people. There are standards for university graduates, for different levels of hierarchy within a business, and for various functional areas (e.g. sales). The second edition provides specific standards for female professionals and executives too.
Duration
The implementation time for BIP® is 35 to 45 minutes.
Language versions
The BIP® personality questionnaire is available in German, French, English, Italian and other languages.
Prices
The individual price per implementation with a comprehensive report is CHF 200.-- plus VAT (7.7%). As an option, we also offer debriefing on the report. Price on request.
