In the project assignment Libri, the participants assume the role of an executive at top level. In this role, they are, together with a project team, responsible for the launch of a new branch in a shopping center and must deal with a range of problems and issues.

Project task
In this exercise the participants must take over the lead of the project “Go Live”, as the person initially responsible is unavailable due to an accident. The participant gets access to the previous project manager’s mailbox and, must lead the task force team of 4, bearing full responsibility for the kick-off of a major product launch.

Project task
The project assignment “Booksoft” shows to what extent the participants take over responsibility and initiate both short- and middle-term actions in order to successfully conduct a trade fair. The former project manager has had to drop out, and the participants are given access to his mailbox.
