The results of the Eurasia Culture Grid survey enable an understanding of the personal cultural awareness and attitudes of specialists and managers and to compare it with the expectations of the overall organization. The objective is to strike an optimal balance and alignment between the personal attitudes of each individual and that of the company. This forms a basis for mutual trust.

Concept

The questionnaire evaluates the following dimensions:

  • Time (past, present, future)

  • Natural environment (close, neutral, distant)

  • Risk behavior (Proactive, neutral, reactive)

  • Action orientation (foresight, neutral, vision)

  • Social environment (task-focused, neutral, relationship-focused)

  • Fundamental attitude(analytical, neutral, intuitive)

  • Social integration (individualistic, neutral, collective)

Implementation
The participants receive an email with an individual access link enabling them to perform the task on any desktop or laptop computer with internet connection.

Target groups
The questionnaire can be used for managers and specialists at all levels.

Duration and implementation
The questionnaire has no time limit. Typically, it takes around 10 to15 minutes to answer all the questions. The participants are asked to assign a limited number of points to specific statements. There are no right or wrong answers to this survey, the participants are asked to give the responses that actually apply to them, rather than those they think would be ideal or that they feel would somehow or other be expected of them.

The Eurasia Culture Grid is available in German, English and Chinese.
