Evaluation criteria

Implementation and evaluation
The participants receive an access link via email and perform the task on a desktop or laptop computer. We deliver a report tailored to the customer’s needs with qualitative statements covering the above criteria.

This challenging exercise was designed for middle management

Duration and direction
After reading the instructions, the participants will have 90 minutes to read 20 emails from business partners, superiors, employees and suppliers and type their respective instructions, decisions and specific action steps in a dedicated response box. For every problem they must consider and decide what response to the queries and information is most appropriate. The answers need to be concretely formulated in the form of emails. At the end of the exercise the participants will have another 30 minutes to write down their reflections on the way they proceeded and to deliver an overall assessment.

Language versions
The project task “Go live” is available in German, French and English.

Prices
The unit price per use including a short report with qualitative statements on the criteria listed above is CHF 500.-- plus VAT (7.7%).
