For middle to upper management
The participants assume the role of an event management agent and can pose questions to their predecessor or to other sources of information. The goal is to obtain as differentiated a picture as possible of the current situation and to analyze possible problem areas.

The participants receive an email with an individual access link and perform the task on a desktop or laptop computer. The evaluation of the quality of the posed questions is carried out in seconds by means of an innovative AI (Artificial Intelligence) automated system. It generates an output (comparison of the performance of the participant in relation to a standard sample). On request, an additional qualitative report can be written, which summarizes the main findings, the strengths and areas for development on a single page.

This exercise was developed for both experts and specialists as well as for managers at different levels of the hierarchy.
Duration and directions
After a short introduction to the task, the participants have 30 minutes to write down as many questions as possible.
Language versions
The task Highlight is currently available in German and English.
Prices
The individual price per automatic evaluation is CHF 150.--. The price for a short report with qualitative statements is CHF 500.--. Both prices are exclusive of VAT (7.7%).
