(Job Motivation Profile)
The comparison of the individual profile with that of the organization unit provides valuable information about the extent to which the expectations of the employees level with the working environment. This, in turn, enables a free development of the potential. With the JPM-I (individual) the participants perform a self-assessment by defining their respective preferences. Then the results are compared with the characteristics of a specific working environment, defined by the company JMP-C (Company). Thereby, the so-called person culture-fit or any possible breaking points can be identified.
